Welcome to Quotusphere! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application ("App") and any related services provided by Quotusphere ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that you are 17+ years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Subscription Services

Quotusphere offers subscription-based services that provide access to premium features within the App. Subscriptions may be offered on a quarterly or annual basis, and the specific terms of each subscription will be outlined in the App.

3. Payment

All subscription fees will be charged to your Apple account upon confirmation of your purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple account settings.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account settings. Please note that cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the subscription features until the end of that period.

5. Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the subscription.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the App in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App.

Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Quotusphere, a Quotusphere employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Quotusphere and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quotusphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
